Class Assignment

1. Create exceptional, authentic, local experiences for your hotel guests:
  • How could you use existing 'local' programs - feel free to research other programs, e.g. Renaissance Hotels Navigator
    • Be sure to think of your employees in this process
  • How could you combine existing programs to create new local experiences
  • Imagine a new authentic experience approach - how could you make it a revenue opportunity for the hotel
  • How would you communicate 'authentically local' to the hotel guests - creatively - at what phase in the customer journey
  • How could you motivate guest sharing of their positive experience
  • Analysis - is this a trend or customers' travel expectations - ongoing
    • Provide a link to one resource to support your opinion
 Create a presentation - any platform you like - embed in your blog.
