- How could you use existing 'local' programs - feel free to research other programs, e.g. Renaissance Hotels Navigator
- Be sure to think of your employees in this process
- How could you combine existing programs to create new local experiences
- Imagine a new authentic experience approach - how could you make it a revenue opportunity for the hotel
- How would you communicate 'authentically local' to the hotel guests - creatively - at what phase in the customer journey
- How could you motivate guest sharing of their positive experience
